Course Description: Estate plans big and small, complex to simple, and extraordinary to typical frequently use some form of life insurance to complete the estate plan. This is because there are a variety of ways that life insurance can be used in estate planning beyond the classic means of providing for future liquidity. This course will provide attendees with an understanding of a number of ways that life insurance can be used to help clients meet their estate planning goals.

Topic Description: The intention of this one-hour presentation is to highlight the multiple changes in our industry over the last nearly 40 years. I will be highlighting evolutions in product, communications and technology among other topics, and the impact that has had on both consumers as well as advisors. I will be referencing impacts both positive and negative.
I will be referencing personal experiences throughout to highlight these changes. It is important to note that I will be also highlighting the counter point of these changes with what has remained the same.
